An excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful National Governing Bodies in the UK Sport High Performance System has arisen. Aquatics GB (AGB) is the organisation that oversees Aquatics sports in Great Britain – Diving, Swimming, Para Swimming, Artistic Swimming and Waterpolo.
Aquatics GB is seeking a Talent Transfer Coach to work with the Diving programme at the highly successful London or Sheffield Performance Centre.
Diving GB is one of the most successful Diving nations in the World following a historic Paris 2024 Olympics securing five medals. London and Sheffield Performance Centre hosts some of the World’s best divers.
As Aquatics GB progresses through the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic cycle and begins laying the foundations for success at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games, this is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading diving programme.
The Talent Transfer Coach post has been created to lead the identification, recruitment, transition, and development of athletes from gymnastics and other relevant sports into the Diving GB Performance Pathway.
The role will be responsible for designing and delivering a world-leading talent transfer programme, with the objective of accelerating the progression of high-potential athletes towards Junior and Senior international success in diving and ultimately developing future Olympic medal contenders.
