Team GB’s James Heatly the first aquatic medal for the Brits after claiming bronze in the 1m Springboard.
The Brit qualified for the final in fourth place after a consistent 10 dives and open up the final with a confident Revers 1 1/2 Somersaults 1 1/2 Twists in Free position.
The World Series bronze medallist had a dip in marks in the second round before fighting his way back up the leaderboard.
Heatly secured bronze and Team GB's first aquatics medal with a score of 483.40 points.
"I'm really happy, I'm quite surprised because my second dive wasn't so good and I dropped that so just the fact that I could pick myself back up is something I'm very happy with.
"I wasn't expecting a medal, I knew my PB would be top five so I knew it was a possibility but I didn't really think I could do it.
"Glasgow was an amazing experience and being in front of a home crowd helped, junior worlds didn't go so well but I'm really happy I could come back.
"There is good support here and the fact everyone is here gives you so much more confidence and takes the nerves away."
