Eurovision Sport and Aquatics GB expand collaboration to deliver year-round coverage of global aquatic events

The expanded agreement significantly increases the range of events available, with coverage spanning swimming, diving, artistic swimming and open water swimming throughout the year.

As part of the collaboration, Eurovision Sport will again be embedded within the Aquatics GB website, enabling fans to access live and on-demand coverage directly through Aquatics GB digital platforms, as well as via the Eurovision Sport app and web services, connected TV services and FAST channels.

This approach reflects a shared ambition to meet growing demand for flexible, multi-platform access to aquatic sports all-year round.

The 2026 calendar begins with the World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup event in Paris (27–29 March), where British athletes including Kate Shortman and Izzy Thorpe are set to compete together once again following their historic Olympic success. Across the season, UK audiences will be able to follow leading British swimmers, divers and artistic swimmers as they compete on the international stage.

The partnership also supports continued growth in fan engagement across aquatic sports in the UK. In 2025, Aquatics GB content generated more than 50 million digital views during the World Aquatics Championships, alongside record engagement across domestic events.

Expanded storytelling around British athletes, including behind-the-scenes content, interviews and highlights, will complement Eurovision Sport’s live and on-demand coverage.
